With over ten years of experience in community mental health in the Gunnison Valley, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice. My extensive background allows me to effectively address a wide range of needs and presenting concerns, providing compassionate support for clients navigating life’s challenges.


I approach each client’s experience with presence, curiosity, acceptance, and resonance. Therapeutic Approach

My approach blends evidence-based modalities with a holistic, client-centered perspective. I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop emotional regulation, coping strategies, mindfulness skills, and self-compassion. I emphasize creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore challenges and build resilience.
