With over ten years of experience in community mental health in the Gunnison Valley, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice. My extensive background allows me to effectively address a wide range of needs and presenting concerns, providing compassionate support for clients navigating life’s challenges.

I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop emotional regulation, coping strategies, mindfulness skills, and self-compassion.
